My reply to zero help and missing my bets for the night...

Please accept this email as the closure of my account ............

I am absolutely disgraced that I have an Internet problem with my home wireless broadband and your operator tells me my account does not exist.

I have been a customer of TPG, Soul before that and B Mobile before that for more than 10 years. Your apparent disregard for customers and customer service astounds me in this age of competion in a market such as yours.

I rang tonight for a 'simple' connection error, your 'customer service' agent, Del, could not understand me nor me him and I had to spell most of the words I was saying.

Apparently TPG are not able to give me support on a device I pay for every month without fail and I have to ring SOUL. SOUL do not exist anymore as YOU bought them out. How can I ring them?

After 48 minutes on the phone I still had not been identified as a customer and am now awaiting a call from a 'Technical Supervisor'

I will be taking my business to a small, local firm where the customer, not greed and bottom lines, is king.

I expect a final bill and notice of closure of my account within 7 days or the bill will not be paid for obvious reasons including my phone bill for 'support'

Do yourself a favour and stop dealing with backyarders like TPG ... you pay for cheap and nasty and that's exactly what you get.

I didn't choose TPG they bought out my previous ISP who were really good

i love my commodores but going and buying a Series 2 VE Berlina wagon and seeing the adverts about getting '800kms up the highway' on one fuel tank. Drove out west from where i am in country highway driving and got a maximum 600kms out of one tank . This was driving with no air cond, no lead foot acceleration and easing off the accerlerator leaving it on cruise control, letting it roll into towns when slowing down. Minimal braking where possible.

Also the E85 fuel tank is a good option, but theres ONE sevice station that has E85 fuel in Brisbane!! :( And thats 35kms from me and the 2 times i have been there its been out of order or out of E85 fuel. Caltex websites say they were going to introduce E85 to 70% of their service stations by LAST December. I havent seen one yet.

My house number being duplicated with an xxA and an xxB being added to the street.
The postie and delivery guys can't cope with the A and B distinction and so the mail goes astray, and all the delivery guys knock on my door first.

We're 10 and already getting 10A's mail even though it still looks like the back yard of the house facing another street and wont be built on for at least 12 months

I'm number 7 and despite having a very clear number on my letter box, we still get mail for 5, 7A, 9, 9A (9A and 7A don't even exist !!)

And in 5 years I've been here in Norwood, we would go close to getting mail for about a dozen different people that used to live here.

I got a big parcel delivered to my place just before Christmas time. I was expecting a parcel from Amazon but got inside and realised it was to the same number 38 but the next street over and sent all the way from Canada. Thought you beauty my lucky day but then considered what if it's a bomb? So did the right thing walked around to their place knocked, no one was home so left it near the doorstep.

Never heard a bang ;)
