Not sure if its 2.30 or 3.00 on channel 9 but it will also double as the earthquake relief match.

I started a thread that was for all Australian games at the World Cup, but someone changed the title from World Cup - Australian games only to World Cup - Australia v Zimbabwe.

I'm just thankful that they're showing it live or close to. Some people (including me) just can't afford foxtel.

Will be a very tough game and need a better batting performance than against ZIM, especially the opening pair, one of them needs to scarifise themselves and play ultra agressive at the top.

NZ will be playing with alot of emotion and they generally do lift for Aussie games already.

Real real danger game for the Aussies. A win here though will really set them on their way.

AUS won the toss and elected to BOWL.

Overcast humid conditions, rain has been about so there should be some moisture in the pitch

AUS taking an unchanged line up into the game.

I changed it because we had a forum user throw his toys out the pram and wanted threads for each Australian game.
In fairness that's how we've always done it and it seems to be the preference.

Tait's rubbish, honestly.

He gets wickets with trash balls, and gets spanked or oversteps every other ball.
