Definately the Impact Coach training with the Umps!!

Have the Rams approached the Echunga comittee to see if they are interested?

Fairly sure there has been a phone call or 2 from Nairne to someone at Echunga (maybe the Pres?) to check.

that would be good, would be a good thing to start some yearly night games between the two clubs!

For what it's worth my 2011 predictions are,
Echunga- were very good last year and have only improved.
Kersbrook- if they can get it right and key players stay fit will push Echunga
Meadows- A couple of good recruits might make some talented locals keen. Very good juniors coming through
Birdwood- will battle for 3rd with Meadows. A few guns but lack depth
Gumeracha- Have picked up a good ruckman but lost their best onballer. Not sure if Ashby is staying but need him to spend more time in the middle and not picking up bags of goals against easy teams.
Nairne- Lost 2 of it's best Rosier and Laube and picked up Rogers probably under achieve again and just miss finals
Maccy- not real sure how they are travelling but i think if they can keep their recruits from the last couple of years should be competitive still.
Kangy- Picked up Gutnick but have no one to kick it to him
Sedan/Cambrai
Callington

Mail medal- I like a bit of a roughie, Matt Gardiner Kersbrook

How does brett wakefield go? They have given him a fair wrap in the Riverland paper this week. Joining Renmark by all reports and was Captain - fairly unusual for a captain to leave I would have thought. Supposed to be bringing a couple of others, any ideas on who they might be?

I was speaking to a few players from Kangy the other day and they didnt mention anything about Guitnick, you sure he has signed? Last I heard he was tossing up whether to play at all.

It would take a massive influx of good players and a bit of luck to make a team boost a long way, it normally takes some time for them to start playing good footy as a unit. By "top 3 at least" do u mean u think gums have top two potential?

The match committee picks the side, of which Thommo is part of.

We have the ability to beat anyone IMO but like every side outside Kersy and Echunga, we will have to be at our absolute best to do so. Obviously losing Digger doesnt help but it gives a guy like Prowsey the chance to assert himself in the midfield and we'll be looking for improvement across the board. Everyone has to step up to fill the gap Digger has left but good luck to him over there, Consistancy will be the key for us this year, in the past 2 seasons the gap between our very best and our worst has been too wide.

Ahhh you got to love it, more positive spin from Shortman. Keep up with it. I think if you will find Prowsey will be asserting himself down at Central Districts as much as he can. Has got the nod for the squad down there. And so it opens it up to buy more players in rather than look at improving some of the local boys

I heard Prowsey was down training at Centrals, is that true? Do you think he'll get any/many games down there if he is?

What on earth is your issue dude ?? We still had more local boys in our A grade squad last season than imports but hey never let the truth in the way of a good story. I mean youre too gutless to disclose your alligences but I bet it wouldnt be a stab in the dark to say whoever it is has its own share of imports.

Prowsey has been training down there and I heard been doing very well. Hopefully he does crack it down there but if not we'll be happy to have him up here.

I'm sure it will help his footy considerably, but if he is getting a game down there Central will be struggling in the 2's
