He'll be a waste of money, plus he would spend all of his time and money at the pokies.

Could be worse, he could spend none of it back at the club as opposed to losing all of it there ;)

If they'd reported that he had a seven-figure gambling debt instead of a six-figure one, and had been in a psychiatric rehab clinic for 70 weeks instead of 7 I'd agree with you.

Yes, the stories about him being pushed out of two clubs is obviously a beat up....

Seriously, you can't believe that he's been given his marching orders from Carlton and now Brisbane in under 2 years but hasn't got an issue. He's admitted to gambling and alcohol issues on top of the issues those clubs decided they didn't want him for. And it's not like he's an average footballer. He was a very effective forward in a very average side at Carlton.

I remember Stephen kernahan spoke at a Carlton function held in sa last year. He said " I love fev, would of
loved him to stay. But all I can say is there are a lot
more issues with Brendon than what you read in the papers". I always found that interesting.

I believe Jonathon brown also acknowledged that the gambling and alcohol were only some if the issues fev was being supported on by the playing group.

Bye Bye Fev. :(

You are a disgrace.

You may not even get away with your antics in A1 in SA in 2011.

Yes you can play footy but you would have to come as a role model. :)) x_x
Smile :)

It's only Money $$$ :)

What is happening to our SANFL guys...

Look, he'd be exciting to watch in the SANFL and would be great for any club up forward but would you want someone at your club that could tear the club apart. If Benny Nelson was still at Sturt I'd think that it may have been a chance of happening but I can't see how Sturt could afford it anyway. Would love to see him in a Sturt jumper but I'm not willing to put up with all the baggage.
It's a bit sad really, everytime I've seen him at a Sturt game he spends a bit of time with kids wanting autographs etc, he seems like a nice bloke but shouldn't drink, ever and is obviously a few points short of a goal.

As if he would come to SA to play footy.

This always happens when a big name AFL tool gets dumped.

Just waiting for one of the papers or something to run a pic of chambo with fev's transposed on it.

pfffft.
Yeah, Naah,..... Bollocks!

Read today that Casey Scorpions, in the VFL, are pretty keen to speak to Fev about playing with them, as he grew up in their reigon...

Also, not surprised to hear Akermanis has said he'd be keen to speak to Fev and see if he wants to have a kick down in the TSL (Tasmania)...

I might get howled down but IMHO a club like South should turn over every possible stone to get someone like Fev. They have bugerall interest down south and someone like Fev would create enormous interest.
Last time there was any sort of buzz down south was when Danny Delrae was there.
