Rioli

The real question is Rioli vs. Franklin. Rioli and Brown would be OK.

Both injured last year so both will improve but only ROK has MPP.

Hmmm, tough one that. Most teams will have one or the other.

Franklin has the 'runs on the board' so to speak, finishing previous seasons as a premium FWD. Rioli hasn't quite got there yet, but has pumped out some big scores and if you pick him you bank on those big scores coming more frequently and consistently.

Another Richmond player: Mitch Morton

Richmond fans are talking him up, he finished 2010 really well, bye friendly

Anyone got a view on him? Coverking again? I am hounding him on Richmond players I know!

In the Rioli v Buddy debate I think Buddy if you can afford him but if you need that extra money somewhere else then Rioli should do well too

Mitch Morton is giving me headaches Hondo. I want him in my side but I'm a bit hesitant. He is a quality player who is capable of kicking 4 or 5 in a game, especially with so much focus on Jack.

What he showed last year is that he could be a good user of the ball from the wing and get 20+ touches as well. The second game against Carlton last year (think it was morons second game back) he stood on Judd for a lot of the first half and was bloody good on him.

People may argue Steve Johnson, but there is no better around the corner goal kicker in the country IMO.

Supercoach wise, he could be a bit of a risk, being one of those 360k players IIRC but this should be his best year to come. Could find better value at his price I would think. Is he a MPP??

yes he is a FWD/MID

He is on my radar because Richmond don't have their first bye until round 10 or so

Fwd/mid makes him more enticing along with Richmonds bye. I will wait to closer to round 1 before I decide on him but he is one of my favourites from the tiges

Your darn right they would. Ask the supporters of 14 other teams and McDonalds and ask them who would represent a bigger threat to their goaline from the pocket. He snaffled one from the boundary at Cat park on Sunday for a start.

Or you could pick a ruckman.

Are many people thinking of picking Josh Fraser (Gold Coast) as a second ruck option.

Did however moved Petrie in there and as will be able to get better/consistant scores from Midfield playing FWDs (eg Muzungu)

FYI If you get Petrie you are up for three donuts already with a round one suspension pending plus the two byes, including one for the first week of the fantasy finals series.

Petrie will miss Round 1 and 3 then we have a bye in SuperCoach* for 4, 5, and 6 by which time u should be able to work out where he is going.
*That is if you are trying to win your league :)
However, as a cash cow and not wasting trades get him on the bench in ruck with another FWD/RUC could be worth it? :D
