are there not rules in country comps for blokes that werent "recruited" but moved to the town/city for work purposes that allows them to play for a club even if the club may be over their points??
surely as long as it can be proven and is reasonable there are similar rules being put in place for the SAAFL.
also have the SAAFL gotten themselves an independent auditor!?

Its simple if a player has to move to the city for work or study then that player should be allowed to play at a club of their choice and be a 0. telling a 18 yr old kid that played a grade back home therefore a 3 point player, he cant play at the same club as a few mates from back home because he is a good player or to tell him you can play there but no mater how well you play you cant play a grade it a joke. for alot of country kids going back home just isnt an option just to play a game of footy so the next best option is to play at the same club in adelaide. i also believe there should be a family allowance where if the father or older brother has played or is playing at a club then the son / brother can join the club with 0 points attached. i know there is a fathers rule if they are a life member but i think that can be improved
