Cool yeah I thought so.
I like your honesty and agree a money culture is damaging, alot of clubs go that way but I do not think Baldy will let it go that far. As I said buying one or two here would only be part of his plan to fill a much needed position and to maybe create some interest.
You sound like you know what you're on about as a Life Member I would have a chat to him and see what he thinks as he is pretty up front and would appreciate knowing what some people with respect around the place think, as I dsaid I do think he would only be trying to fill a needed spot.
And straight line a COMPLETELY different situation at Aldinga. Big difference when you have no choice to throw a bit of a coin to get anyone to come try play with some talent to try help you get noticed by moving forward so others will consider the club in the next few seasons, than just topping up from what I can understand a pretty decent list already full of good blokes.

Sounds like that is exactly what happened. Except from what I hear it was a bit more than a bit.
To be honest if thats what Kenilworth want to do then good on them. They are having a crack at trying to succeed and move up divisions. The only thing they will have to be careful of is paying the wrong players and too much money to those players which is where clubs can go awefully wrong. Hopefully they attract good football players that will be around the club for years to come not just 1 season or its a complete waste of time and money. Either way the team they put on the park will be very good in 2011 and I expect to see them up the top somewhere.
I've got a feeling they aren't paying Mo$ar more than the $300 Hackham offered, probably only about half that. Hackham were probably throwing bigger and bigger offers at him to try and get him to stay, but it didn't work as he's left to chase success. Kenilworth's monetary offer may have been lower, but the opportunity to play finals football was probably the clincher.
personally think it is stupid that players get paid at the lower levels. and thats any kind of match payment. i like the rewards system but we are not achieving anything as clubs, committee members or coaches to attract success at the lower levels by money. any coach that requires coin for success is not worth it because with enough coin any idiot could coach good players playing at lower levels. i like that clubs are trying to get success but lets be real.
we stand as one we fight as one we win and lose as one we are one

Exactly, Well said Valleys. Players go where the money is, suck it up and then leave when there's none left.
Bold prediction Carey, who are the wins against and the lossess against?
I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet *I apologise to Hope Valley people in advance, no offence intended
Where are you getting the draft fixtures from Zedman?
