Talking to one of the guys from Porties they were thinking about it last year. With the comp the way it is this year with basically a 5 team A grade I don't think it's far off. Question will be which comp will the teams go to, ASCA, great southern, hills or somewhere else? Having North Haven in the comp might put off some of them, especially seaford and the noarlunga sides.
Could make our last 2 rounds more interesting than they already are if sides come in looking for a section 1 spot next year. Say 2 of the sides come in + a promotion from section 2 (Nth Haven still undefeated) then the battle for 10th all of sudden becomes very interesting.

Doubt two sides would make it from SCA to be honest. ALthough i wouldnt be suprised too see one of them come into the comp, NH come up, with Westminster folding and bottom side going down.
Hopefully we pick up all 5 of the sides, a couple in section 2, which will create a better section 2 and a better fight for sides to be promoted to section 1

The club has registered to be part of the Pink Stumps day for the McGrath Foundation and both teams will be going Pink for a great cause. It will also be ladies day at the event. The girls can pay $50 for free pink champagne, beer and food for the day. There will be plenty of fun events going on throughout the day with our club trying to raise money for breast cancer research. Everyone has known someone that has been diagnosed with breast cancer and our club is no exception. We invite anyone and everyone from all clubs to take part in this great cause. Bring your wives, children, sisters, mothers, anyone you know for a great day out.
The event will start at 12pm at Sheidow Park Primary School, We hope to see you all there!
Remember ladies wear pink!

We made 140 odd and they passed in none down. I think our guys dropped both openers before they reached 10.
