Don't really follow the NBA, though I was a Sonics fan before they disappeared (and only found out a few weeks ago they no longer exist - shows how much I follow it ). Now that they're gone, I dont follow any team. Also never really followed any particular Major League side, but keeping with my Pittsburgh theme will probably loosely follow the Pirates this season.

went and saw the rangers play at the garden last month... amazing...
goin to watch anaheim play next week sometime too.. very much enjoy ice hockey...
