Peter Fulton

I reckon Peter Fulton is an excellent batsman and have been most impressed with him both in the recent ODI series out here and the innings he played today. He's been the quiet achiever and could be a trump card for the Kiwis in the World Cup.

He has an imposing physical presence about him that suggests he is never overawed. His defence is solid and he can clear the pickets when neccessary.

Seems to find the middle of the bat with most of his shots too.

This was new zealands preferred batting line up in game 1 before oram injured.

flem
vin
tay
styris
mcmill
oram
mcull

no fulton. Fulton and mcmillan will fight it out to be dropped when oram comes back. id get rid of styris and have mcmillan as the 6th bowler
