x2 and add Will Ferrell to that for me. Possibly the luckiest man in movies today.
Hey REB! You forget "Dazed and Confused"

Ah yes Dazed and Confused. The second worst movie I've seen after Reality Bites.

Good movie, but I doubt anyone truly understands the story on initial viewing.
Have to admit I had to do some digging on IMDB to gain a better insight into what was really going on.
Recommend a repeat viewing -if only for a couple of scenes ;)

Count me in the confused ones too
Can anyone tell me what IMDB is so I can do some research to try and de-muddle the story please

Internet Movie Database -this is the link for Mulholland Drive
There's a lot of discussion there, but to save you the trouble, this review provides an explanation of the plot.
For the obsessive, a fan site

Thanks for that Interceptor - would never had guessed that plot in a million years

Any Wes Anderson film just gives me the shits looking at the poster.

I hired Royal Tennenbaums because I heard it was a very clever comedy and the reviews sounded like something I'd really get into. I fell asleep about 15 minutes into it and the chick I was going out with at the time woke me up about an hour after that and said I got the better end of the stick and wanted to switch it off and go to bed. She said it was garbage.

I just cant bring myself to watch any of his other movies after that.

Just look at the pretentious bastard:

Image

I think about the only thing I'd be keen on seeing of his would be if he jumped into the UFC octagon and had the shit kicked out of him and I could watch it in super slow motion.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

A double feature for REB. Reality Bites followed by the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I'd be the one cheering on Leatherface! Hope he gets them all. Dreadfully dull!

Yeah I might need to do that.

I did re-view quite a few times, but the first couple I got distracted, and then think I made progress but still not certain .. I just figured that Naomi Watt's character was deluded and saw herself and her world differently to that it actually was (which we later saw).

Thank you!!! Watched it twice and couldn't get it, and I can usually get Lynch's work. Will watch again now. 8)
