coach04 you seem to know the inerworkings of aldinga's management pretty well. did you coach there or something? you sound a little bitter towards the club.

Lonsdale started their junior rebuild last year with the 3 sub-junior grades. This year they'll add 14s and maybe 16s.

Seniors lost a few, but have Kane McIntyre and possibly Luke McIntyre returning. Liam Harris has apparently brought out a mate who he rates as a better player than himself, nice pickup if it's right.

What is Lonsdale/OSB New Coach like?

He sounds alright what Ive heard, he coached a fair few of them to junior flags a few years ago, I drove past about quarter past 8 last monday looked like they had a few training then about 30+ on the track.I seen them training late November too must be alright to get them out that early

Yea, he was pretty much the same when he was at Lonsdale before that too. Hopefully he can put in a few more this season.

matt dickson is not an absolute gun
he is alright, and plays a good game of footy but hes not an absolute gun
bit over the top, aaron hill or shane bradshaw are absolute guns, dickson not as good as them
flagstaff picked up pat walton, good player, big and fast, will be good for the club

You have to remember he was playing in a team where he had to go get the ball himself and didn't have many helping hands... playing in a team full of good players definitely makes good players - look great. He was a great player in an ordinary team.

Matt Dickson to Victor but will only be available for part of the year as he will be in Alaska for the other part. Very good player and will be missed at Flaggies. Going by the draw and the young fellas being another year older, would expect Flaggies to improve but still finish around the 6,7 or 8 mark.

My Prediction

Morphett Vale
Cove
Reynella
Brighton
Happy Valley
Flaggies
Port Noarlunga
Noarlunga

Sullies
Christies
Marion
Aldinga
Morphettville Pk
Smackem

Exactly - And South Adelaide have been so great lately?? EH - They keep getting rid of potentially great players, thats why South are always ordinary - they never give their players enough time to make it... so they never improve.

dickson is hard, but not the most skillful which would not have fit into souths plans, as they play a high possession running game. going to have to agree to disagree.
morphies still the team to beat?? i would suggest so.
shoes to improve slightly with these blackwood inclusions?
