Not sure exactly where to put this is, but its pretty amazing how far technology has come.

My parents mechanic, is not at work today due to his grandmas funeral. However the twist is, that its in New Zealand and he couldnt attend it.

But he still has his day off, so he can watch the funeral via Skype.

Attending a funeral via Skype. Interesting ay?

My Church has been doing something similar where they sometimes stream a sermon from one campus to another campus (mainly with guest speakers so all services can hear the speaker). Tonight, though, we'll have the Adelaide-based campuses at one location streaming to our Melbourne and England congregations (and vice versa I believe)!

My 7yo lad was shattered that he dropped a soft cricket ball thrown to him after the Redbacks game by the players only to be picked up by another kid who ran off with it. He was tearing up when I was telling him he wont drop it next time , my humour wasnt helping him though and another kid noticed my sons distress, he would have been about 11 Im guessing, anyway he walked over and gave his ball to my son....I was stunned that a kid so young would do that with no direction from a parent/adult. Amazing to see that he saw what was happening and knew he could do something about it, even giving up something he had. =D> =D> =D>
