True story - the last year they operated that, and I think it was around 1984 or so, the company forgot to empty it of the remaining eggs.

This wasn't discovered until around June or July the following year, when the building was re-opened for the first time since the Show. Suffice to say, the chicken never reappeared again and apparently, the smell was like nothing many had experienced (it was in the news at the time).
