Or just drink slower!

Had fun tonight. Sorry if i seemed to snub after the game, my computer froze just as we saw the flop on what turned out to be the final hand. So GG everyone and thanks for an enjoyable evening!

FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT TOURNAMENTS ARE NOW SCHEDULED UNTIL END OF FEBRUARY

They are as follows:

Friday Night Play Money: 500 + 30
2000 starting chips
10 minute blind levels
8pm start
Jan 28
Feb 4, 11, 18, 25

Play Money Bounty: 500 + 125 + 30
2000 starting chips
10 minute blind levels
8pm start
SATURDAY's Jan 29
Feb 5, 12, 19, 26

$$$ Friday: $1.00 + $0.10
2000 starting chips
10 minute blind levels
8pm start
Jan 28
Feb 4, 11, 18, 25

Saturday Bounty $$$$: $1.00 + $0.25 + $0.10
2000 starting chips
10 minute blind levels
8pm start
SATURDAY's Jan 29
Feb 5, 12, 19, 26

The Bounty tournaments are run in the same way a normal tournament does except!
If you eliminate a player who goes all in then you get there bounty :)

For Example the play money buy in of 500+125+30 is made up of:

500 into the prize pool
125 is your bounty
30 to pokerstars ( why they charge a rake on play money i have no idea)

MT79 has 1800 in chips and Fish has 800
fish goes all in and MT calls

MT79 wins the hand and fish is finished for the night, MT gets the chips to use on the table plus the 125 that is fish's bounty goes into MT79's account, not to be touched by anyone :D

have a read of the basic ideaology and voice your opinion whether we should run this

my opinion is perhaps we run these on long weekends or once every 3 or so months as a change up.

Yeah, that shoot out is a tad different. For example, if you have 30 players in the tournament 5 tables of 6 players per table. Where in a normal tournament when people get knocked out they move players between tables to keep table numbers even. In a shootout tournament, you play until there is 1 person left on each table, and the last man standing moved to the next round as such.

Can do it as a heads up, 2 players per table to make things more interesting.
