Adelaide United's John Kosmina will be forced to coach his side from the grandstand in Sunday's A-League grand final after being suspended for five matches for abusing a referee.

Kosmina was also fined an undisclosed amount for breaching the A-League code of conduct after abusing referee Matthew Breeze following last weekend's preliminary final.

(im thinking about this as a possible set-up, all the media attention has been on Kossie, players have been able to concentrate on the game 100%)

lol, on the western wall of floor 1, I think my desk is no 111 or 117. Im getting in early tomorrow however and I'm going to put it on the desk of an AU supporter.

Might have been a good sign for AU today though, I actually stuck it to the wall but it kept falling down.

Not sure if watching it at the Seaton or Lockleys, if it's the latter I'll try and keep an eye out for someone who looks like a "Dutchy" ...

FWIW I reakon Victory 3-nil, but Im usually pessimistic (Result like that would prob pay alright though) ... Fingers crossed the boys can get the job done!

Having been away for a few weeks Im a bit out of touch with going-on's, are Spagnuolo and/or Petta fit and available?

Petta is no chance unfortunately, he looked in great touch until injuring himself warming up for the first leg of the major semi final.. and even looked good in his 15-20min run during that match despite not being 100%.

From all reports Spaggy was fine during his fitness test but i wouldn't bet on him starting on Sunday, hopefully he will come on as a sub though as we are missing a left winger at the moment.

I leave for Melbourne tomorrow arvo via Qantas... i can't wait. Meeting up with a North supporter who goes by the name Busboy for a few ales when i touch down in Melbourne as he gets in half hour before i do.. I am getting a bit bloody nervous about the game now but I still think we can win. It's about time i see one of my teams in a Grand Final, they usually fall down at the last hurdle (North, Crows, United last season).

Cmon Reds!

Whatever the result - the game will be the winner.

Yup I'm an Aussie rules fan - but my love for the round ball game (which was stifled due to my movew to the country) is returning with a vengeance. I'm finding there are many more people to talk about the sport with now. Which means, for all you detractors of the A-League, that it can't be all that bad.

Hopefully Owens gets a start and Diego scores his first Reds goal.

Good luck to those other in the Cauldron.
