That's tops WLF. You should ring them up and let them know. They would really appreciate the positive feedback.
I always make an effort to feedback when someone goes above and beyond for me. People are always quick to complain, but much slower to compliment unfortunately.

The missus wrote out a belter of an email and she got a phone call back saying how this is one of the first positive letters they have had about bin guys and she will check who was on our route and they will be commended.
Still amazes me!!
