Can someone confirm or deny that gavin wanganeen is set to sign at kilburn on a 6-8 game basis plus finals..?
I personally heard the signing was going to happen however just speculating on the game amount as he apparently doesn't want to committ to a season etc.
Again Im not from the chics and was posting for info a few days ago so any light shed would be great?
If true would surely entice some pick ups?

Please Explain you seem very sure of yourself for a new poster and no listed amateur affiliation. Wrong Wrong Wrong my friend (and I think you might be 7b)
Kilburn had 41 at training on Tuesday night and worked very hard. Thursday night was 30 after some never recovered from Tuesday. They are all pretty young and very keen so talk all the shjt you want to, Kilburn WILL play finals in 2011.

by the name you go by and to the person you ate talking to,i personally would prefer to be a was once than a never was.your remarks are of a sour, short sighted person who is showing a total lack of respect.to have a difference of opion is one thing but to try and disrespect someone, doesnt matter who but in this case someone who you are not even entitled to tie their shoe laces let alone be in their presence shows you for what you are.disrespectful

And considering we heard all this from Never Was 3 years ago when, true to his form once the chips were down he fell away, if the chics have a good year we'll hear this every week if the struggle you can count on Nearly Was to fall away.

never mind who Never Was is, or was, all that are hoping for the fall of Kilburn [ and it does us all good to eat humble pie along lifes journey ], it will be the demise of another great SAAFL club.
if the "forumites" can band together to get behind Ovingham in times of strife then surely in times of need a club like Kilburn deserves some support. [ putting aside their big-headed opinion of themselves several years back [[ but they did have a good team then ]] ]
hope they get it together on and off the field

Would be great to see a club get back, but NW seems to have a crack only when he thinks things are going well as TEST said. Kilburn will be in D4 for many years to come and even though 30 odd were at training [as he says] how much quality is there? - not much if you listen to there players and members!!!!!!

As a current kilburn Player, I believe the quality we have at training is Pretty good, with majority of the boys training will be a grade through out the year. Also wanganeen has not been mentioned or spoken about from any of the coaches or members. We are currently in a rebuilding phase, and as I have stated before we are young and with a good preseason and some coaching we hope (as any side does at this time of year) to be playing finals. Most of the young ones madetheir debut season last year and will be alot better off playing at a higher level than this year.

Paul 'Robo Cop' Dorian going around again in the magoos at Kilburn and enjoying it at the ripe old age of 43. 20 odd at training last week according to Robo Cop, so that should stop all the crap being written about numbers on the track from some. The young lads in the magoos will walk a bit taller with the big fella around the place
