Agreed, umpires are lazy and complacent because they can rely on the technology! FFS that was a MASSIVE no ball, shouldve been called straight away, wasn't so bad luck as far as im concerned!
Why pay these umpires so much if they cant even do their job!?

Agree. Mark Taylor summed it up perfectly imo.

Right decision was made, Whats the problem ? - PROBLEM IS THE UMPIRE WASNT SWITCHED ON ENOUGH TO CALL IT STRAIGHT AWAY AND HAD TO REFER IT, WASTED TIME, WASTED ENERGY AND IS PAID TO DO A JOB. YOU THINK PEOPLE WOULD BE SAYING ANYTHING IF HE CALLED IT STRAIGHT AWAY? NO, EVERYONE WOULDVE MOVED ON NEXT BALL
How about the bowlers & their coaches are complacent and lazy for not sorting the No-Ball problem out ? - YES AGREED

As for the umpires not calling those close ones, I wonder, given how often those ones where there's an inch or so in it aren't being called but being referred right away, whether the umpires are being told not to call them if they aren't sure but then refer them. If they are then it's pretty unfair to have a crack at the umpires for just doing what their bosses tell them.
