Well, team by team, I see following.

Laird: His choice yet again. Dogs finish bottom, he still gets a choice to coach in 2012. Hard to see anything but this work getting in the way in the near future.

Bassett: 2012 at the legs, or AFL. No result this year will see his job in doubt. A good result and he will have many offers.

Godden: Hard to see anything higher up developing just yet, also hard to see the Eagles dumping him. Another 2012 certainty in the SANFL, surely.

Mickan: In the gun. Strange perhaps for a guy with such a good record overall, but 5 straight finals losses (IIRC) hurts. 2 years ago everyone thought he had the best list in the comp, sitting 4th in the pecking order now not good enough by any standard.

Norman: One bad year won't kill him, but 2 might. Chambers going might lead to some slack given but a slip from the top 5 and questions will be asked.

Collins: If he leaves West for any reason other than higher duties it will be a mistake. Easy to forget how far behind West were when he took over and the rebuilding effort has been long but the fruits are there for the picking in 2011.

Francou: Darling of the comp, just like Healy, Jarman, Hart, McDermott...... Seems safe right now, and no doubt safe into 2012 unless he jumps to the AFL system, but this is a club that turns darlings into villians.

Bamford: For a spoon cantidate, Port seem rather happy with their coach. And good on them. Nice to see a club realise a poor year isn't 1 person's fault. Will once again battle against bigger, classier and more experienced teams so results are not important. Keeping players and making them better will be his main focus. Good for 2012.

Fuller: It's South, so nothing is certain. You would be shocked and worried if he wasn't there in 2012. I personally think he is yet another mistake from the joke of the comp, but he has to now be given until 2014 to turn the club around. Anyone else still wishing they'd given Anderson the help he wanted 12 years ago?

I voted for Godden just to balance the lunatic minority of eagles 'fans' who voted for Fuller.

I agree Graham, although I don't think Bass' job at Norwood or interest from AFL level would diminish even if the Leg's floundered (which hopefully wont be the case)

All the players were leaving at the end of the year, so whether Pyman was there or not they wree going to struggle.

Anderson was able to get some respectable performances from an ordinary list that the hierarchy refused to allow him to top up with recruits from interstate because they were too expensive. They move him on over the excuse of wanting a full time coach, knowing he couldn't make that commitment and proceeded to spend money on anyone who claimed to know what a football was. All went "South" from there.

Doesn't count in terms of what? The previous history is irrelevant to the discussion unless you're expanding it somehow.

Never claimed he was relevant, just that nothing has gone right since they got rid of him.

Mickan's probably the only one I can see getting the boot this year, especially if Glenelg has another finals failure (if they make it that far). I think the other team's coaches should all still be there come the 2012 season.
