CTRL + Tab is what you're after I think.

Give cashies a shot, they sometimes have boards.

Otherwise ya best bet is to get a second hand board from a surf shop. Middleton and Pt Elliot have a fair few from memory, or these is South Coast Surf and Cutloose on Lonsdale Highway that would have a good choice.

Thiele as far as I know you have to go into a Centrelink office in person - with your lease agreement.
