20\20 S.A v W.A

Postby Jman » Mon Jan 09, 2006 10:02 pm

Going to tomorrow nights game and looking forward to it. Should be good to see 20\20 live.
I heard Dizzy isn't playing something about smashing his small nose in the pool.
Also pissed at the SACA how can it cost $10 dollars to go see a day night 50 over match, but tomorrow nights 20\20 match costs $12. It only goes for 3 hours as opposed to a 7 hour normal 1 day game. Thats puzzled me.
Melrose Park that aint South I'm talking about the real South.

That Campbell isn't Ryan is it? If so Im presuming he wasn't keeping at any stage, and does he bowl in the regular one dayers for the Warriors??

Yeah CP - that was Ryan Campbell - Ronchi was keeping. Not sure if he normally bowles much, dont think so as he and Ronchi dont normally play together. Probably first game in a long time to have four keepers playing - Ronchi, Campbell, Deitz and Manou.

Looks like the SACA only had one window open to buy tickets from at each entrance.
Understand that you should get there early but I couldn't get there 'til 6.20 last night and when I saw the line up out the front of the Victor Richardson and then at the Northern end, I decided that it wouldn't be worth it by the time I got in. Realise it costs more to have more windows open but there would have been a fair amount of late arrivals that didn't bother going in.

I have a season ticket so I didn't care about the lines, but at the northern side of the Vic Richardson gates there were2 windows open, and at the southern end there were at least 3 windows open.

Cheers PAFC, but I counted the Vic Richardson lines as being only one window even though there were two sellers in that window.
