Have been told by a good sorce that Brad Hunter, Luke & Dale Ellis have signed with torrens Valley, the deal is done & dusted, all to be on over $1000.00 a game each.

Don't know if i've heard much about Hunter, where's he played and what's he done. The money doesn't suprise but thought they would be chasing midfielders to cover the one's they've lost

I think Luke Ellis played a bit in the midfield for Victor the last couple of years.

I dunno whether u have watched any of those 3 guys play, but i wouldnt call any of them AVERAGE players... All 3 were in their respective teams best players more often than not, and both teams finished top 3 in Arguably the 2 strongest country leagues in S.A. Brad Hunter played league at South and was top 3 Mail Medal this year. Luke Ellis is a very smart, highly skilled Centreman, and Dale Ellis is well and truly capable of kicking at least 100goals at T.V. ,after kicking 80 odd in recent years when Victor werent as strong.. Seems u have very high standards for what u deem to be 'average to good' players... Unfortunatley, loyalty is nowhere in footy these days so i wouldnt use that a reason not to have em in ur club..

Loyalty does exist even for paid players, you see money men at the same club for several years so dont kid yourself. I apologise about Hunter, do not know much about him. Played with and against Ellis boys over last few years. The worst team mates going around, you must kick to Dale every forward entry and must give the hands to Luke every chance you can plus more. Good luck to TV!

Seems Luke Nitchke heading back to Loby. Will be one of the best players in the comp but i think they might need a few more yet.

Dont blame players for lacking loyalty. Clubs can't expect to offer big dollars to players and then expect loyalty from guys who play for nothing. Football has changed and the "loyalty" thing has been destroyed by football clubs, not players!

3 blokes who won't be in the top 15 players in Hills Central yet will be in the top 10 paid. Says it all. But they will use up all TV's points.

Brad Hunter was top 3 in SFL in 2010 according to the umps so I'm interested to know how you came to that conclusion.

Dale Ellis is i remember correctly was in the SA Country footy association side as full-forward and recieved a few accolades?
Again I didn't realise the HFL Central was that much better??

Are you basing this on some personal opinion toward TV as you don't make sense?

I may have been exaggerating a bit. But they will be getting way over paid. Not saying they wont be good players, but blokes like Klun, Bartemucci, McCormick even Block and Fisher wont be getting the kind of coin they are, yet would all be better players.Onkas would have told them they are not good enough for the money they were after, but TV are willing to pay it. Once clubs start doing that you know they are getting desperate, and are never successful.

That's fantastic news for lobey. I don't reckon the Nitschke boys have ever played in the same team together. Any other new players to lobey

Going from past experience, they tend to appear for most leagues around the end of January/start of February.
