I tend to agree.
I was on the SE Freeway heading for the city on Thursday and found myself, in the 100 zone, behind a car in the middle lane doing about 80 and the one in the outer lane passing it at about 85!
In the end I went up the left lane to pass them both, watching that the guy in the middle lane didn't suddenly decide to pull over into the slow lane after all.
There was a truck further along in the left lane that I suspect the guy in the middle lane was afraid he'd get stuck behind if he'd stayed to the left, but I had ample time to pass on the left and then pull back into the middle lane.

I get really frustrated with those who don't match speed with the Freeway traffic as they go up the entry ramp and so suddenly brake at the last minute when they can't get into the freeway because they are so much slower than the traffic they are trying too merge with.

Gaahhh...

I hear you mate. We get the same - and I work in a library FFS.

Yes, we get people lining up at opening time to get in. I work here and even I think it's sad. Haven't people got better things to do than be in a library at this time of year??

I sure do.

I was going to ask you if you worked in a bank MP

When I worked in the bank we had opening time at 9:30am - well you could bet your bottom dollar it'd be 9:30am and 3 seconds and someone would be knocking on the door

I used to work in a rego office, and was abused by a little old lady at 9 am on the dot, first customer through the door.
Her:"You are half an hour late opening"
ME:"I am sorry but we are spot on time, we have never opened before 9am ever as far as i am aware"
Her:"well the renewal notice says you are open from 8.30"
Me:" may i see it please? (after a quick check of the renewal notice) it clearly says right here that the phone line for renewals is open from 8.30, i cant find any mention of the offices being open that early anywhere"
Her:"...(silence and a stare that would kill a charging wildebeast.....)"
Me:" Have a nice day :D :D "

Well, let me tell you something, funny boy. Y'know that little stamp,

the one that says "New York Public Library"? Well that may not mean

anything to you, but that means a lot to me. One whole hell of a lot.

Sure, go ahead, laugh if you want to. I've seen your type before:

Flashy, making the scene, flaunting convention. Yeah, I know what you're

thinking. What's this guy making such a big stink about old library

books? Well, let me give you a hint, junior. Maybe we can live without

libraries, people like you and me. Maybe. Sure, we're too old to change

the world, but what about that kid, sitting down, opening a book, right

now, in a branch at the local library and finding drawings of pee-pees

and wee-wees on the Cat in the Hat and the Five Chinese Brothers?

Doesn't HE deserve better? Look. If you think this is about overdue

fines and missing books, you'd better think again. This is about that

kid's right to read a book without getting his mind warped! Or: maybe

that turns you on, Seinfeld; maybe that's how y'get your kicks. You and

your good-time buddies. Well I got a flash for ya, joy-boy: Party time

is over. Y'got seven days, Seinfeld. That is one week!

Sadly no, but the bulk of the stuff can be re-loaded straight back on anyway so major losses thankfully.

When it's fixed though first thing I'm doing is backing it up

Worst part is dealing with Acer - called them this morning, the 1 minute wait time became 4 minutes which became 6 minutes. Hung up after 20 minutes and logged the fault online through my work computer. Said they'd get back to me in 4 hours. 4 hours later, and no response, so check the ticket, and they changed the 4 hours to 24 hours
