Case of so close but not close enough again for Rose Park

BIG loss Cougar.....You guys needed that win. Think thatd put us and Lutheran a win up on ya. Was there a reason for the low scores or just one of those days?

Outfield was particularly slow, and on one side you wouldn't have been able to hit a 4 all the way along the ground. At best all you would get is 2. I said to one of our guys before we batted 150 to 160 would be a good score, but we were way too short of that and all out in 36 overs. Some silly bloke said 'Catches win Matches' and if we'd taken them all, things might have been different today. Tough for us now as we're a game and a half behind now, with only 3 to play.

Prob not as bad as it looks mate, you play us again and lutheran again so those games are prob in effect worth double points, in a non-mathematical way.

Para Vista's A's made 170ish?? defeated North Eastern bout 100. without looking at the scorebook, cossens hit 70 and took 4 wickets i think....good win by the boys.
B grade bowled Magill out for 76, chased the runs down losing 5 wickets! Congrats to typewriter for captaining the side well for the second time this year for 2 wins.
Don't know how other clubs went for numbers but we were definitly missing key players from both sides.
Heres one for hutchy, J vines and S vines are taking an extended holiday as they are not really required players anymore....

Congrats to me? You're the bozo who took 6 for 13 yesterday, to top my efforts last week. You had better have gotten well drunk and / or played plenty of FIFA last night to celebrate.

And, yes, I was just speaking to Hutchy. He said two things:
1. Merry Christmas PhantAAAAAAm, I love you.
2. Para Vista may have secured the services of a former grade player for the rest of the season... hmmmm.... Interesting.

i didnt say that i told you that im not in love with phantam anymore he should of told me at the start he was retarded

i've never once said i bowled super awesome but didnt get any wickets young rockstar its just very frustrating thats the point i was making, i honestly believe that if i bowled the way i have been in A grade or div1 (what ever you want to call it) i'd take a lot more wickets as i'm sure gully would as well that is the point i was making.

good win by you blokes yesterday mate surely odds on for the flag now?

Would think surely yeah odds on, was very happy with the win, they played themselves into a hole though, our openers bowled tight line i think between them 3/about 20 off 16 overs, then the change bowlers didnt ease up, they were kind of banking on cashing in after the openers but got a rude shock.

Got bit of a laugh when we went out to bat and they were cocky saying how they are a bowling side! Definately got a lesson

LOL thought pidge might enjoy this..

During a conversation with Mr Miraculous, your name came up, his comment was....

"I faced pidge in the t20 final the other year and I didnt really rate him either"

LMAO!! How does it feel having a bloke who plays C grade saying that!
