No, the PAFC generated the $$ in the first place, so I reckon I'll be happy for them to keep it. Good suggestion though.

How about the $200 000 the Magpies received from the SANFL this year just to survive and the $5 million the Power recieved from the AFL because they get low crowd figures.

We've been telling all you non-believers for months that this was the answer, but you blindly refused to accept it.
The original proposal was predicted to conservatively add $1.9M to the PAFC bottom line. Here's a $1.8M injection without even considering Gordon Pickard.
Read it for yourselves http://www.portadelaidefc.com.au/news/n ... fault.aspx and in case you miss it http://wwos.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=8183614
With more good news to emanate from Alberton, I'm certain you'll all be lining up to offer a hearty congratulations.

Yes, the old PAP take on that $1.3m max commitment but they also get the existing revenue streams of the old PAM - memberships, merchandise, that Hotel etc. I don't know what that figure is but it's > $0!.
Already it seems OnePA is generating more revenue than PAM and PAP were generating on their own.
Give it time before we start back on the doomsday crystal ball predictions I reckon!
