I understand what your saying nickname .Under Ron Fuller and the old regime thats what the Eagles did .Under "gods" and the new regime Eagles have gone out and recruited what they need.
Or in other words Eagles needed a CHB and signed one, eagles needed a midfielder/forward signed one etc etc.
In regards to players getting drafted.I bet your club(and any sanfl club) knew just as my club did. Which of their players junior or seniors had interest shown in them by AFL clubs.I certainly was told by club officials when interest from AFL teams had waned !

But that's only possible if the players you want to recruit are available or happy to commit before the drafts. If the guys you want are saying 'wait till after the drafts', do you suggest the club recruits lesser players?
And knowing which of your players have interest shown in them by AFL clubs has no bearing at all. Rankine trained with Freo, not drafted at all. Molitor and Sporn trained with Essendon, not drafted at all. Beech trained with Port, not drafted at all. You can't believe anything the AFL clubs tell you, you just have to wait for the drafts.

Did West issue an email when Tiller signed with the Eagles, consistent with the one it issued after Eagleton signed with Norwood? If not, why not?

Perhaps, after dealing with him, they weren't as disappointed by his decision as they were by Eagleton's.

Perhaps after seeing the size of him. Mickyj is certain a lot of Eagles fans will be very happy with the lad as a KPP.

I'll be interested to see how many games he plays next year. Is he training yet Micky?

Norwood have signed a player from Port Melbourne. Understand details to be announced this week (IIRC he has not played many senior games but rated highly). Is mates with another player going to/gone to the Eagles.

My understanding south had 2 possible new recruits at training Monday night .One from the Geelong Falcons and one from a Melbourne college.

Pretty certain he was riding a bike at training .Take it from me nickname .I've watched the guys on the bikes at Eagles training .I'd prefer to do the running(I cant run lol) .riding the bike is far worse than training !!!

The West Adelaide Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Brad Fisher.

Brad is a 192cm mobile, strong marking forward who has spent the past 8 seasons with Carlton in the AFL playing a total of 99 games and kicking 127 goals.
