Be interesting to see what kind of deliveries he brews up as he hops to the crease.
I bet the poms are frothing at the mouth in anticipation.

Imagine if he gets dropped after One Test. I bet his relationship with the selectors would be frosty.

For anyone interested, with these selectors at the helm until the end of the series, England are still at $11 to win the series 4-0. Jump on.

Maybe we'll get this

Swann bowled Beer 6.

He seriously can't play! Can't take 2 spinners or a non specialist bat at 6

OK this is what might have happened
They selected a squad and the selectors could not decide on a 2nd spinner
Still no player selected
Hilditch tells the others it was late, and :
"" I WANT MY COL' BEER .""
And left the meeting

This has to be why he was selected surely !

PS
Is it toooooo late to get Chris LYNN into the squad
He is doing remarkable things in the Banana state this season
