Openers need temperament, style, technique and other stuff that i still havent worked out yet......we're not all like Bored and can just smash anything over the boundary.

well i think he ticks those boxes so whats the issue? The innings i seen him play he batted for a very long period of time and showed great patience and concentration, and played very straight.

Im not captain mate. I dont make those decisions. In fact im not allowed to make suggestions during a game (smasha can back me up on that)[/b]. So its out of my hands. IMO theres an issue i think he needs to work on, as well as settling into A grade without feeding him to the lions. Let him ease in for a year and next year he'll still only be 17/18 and can move up. But as i said it wont take BB long to move him up the order. People like me will bat around the youngsters.

Nah man really not bothered. Besides my opinion doesnt mean diddly squat in the scheme of things.

All i will say is best of luck to all those involved, especially those who might be fringe players forn Sydney, don't leave anything to chance, go out and run amok and book your ticket, it'll be the best experience you've had.
