Think Paul Cree was interested. Don't really think its the point though, still obviously a break down in communication, and its always these people that whinge they never knew or were considered etc

This is where the association has to utilise it's website more effectively. Its all well and good mailing all clubs but why don't they create a site that can be the direct point of contact for all... Emails just get lost on the way to committee etc. Host a forum where all clubs can discuss matters between themselves, have polls to gain better knowledge of what clubs want etc.
Chris Jones does a good job with the basic mycricket site, but could be utilised a lot better. For feedback from all involved and as an advertisement for, what is one of the biggest cricket associations in SA.

With that... a slight deflection to the next topic!

Can you meet me halfway, down at the borderline, 4.80. Makes it hard as there's a lot of inside info that i don't know about, could be a big cameo, could have players out, bugger it, have your 5.50 then.

All BS aside, the PDCA or coach should contact club delegates and get phone numbers of those who they'd like to invite and go from there, there's a little more prestige when you actually get invited to try out.

There would be a privacy act no doubt about clubs handing out players numbers without their permission.

No probs, you'd wanna hope Trevillian doesn't make a guest appearance being a home game, I seen first hand the drama's Salisbury North had last Saturday, 5 pulled out of their C's to fill their B's between 12 and 1, and that was a home game.
