Great bloke and good luck to him. Will be good to see him succeed.

He may be back, he may not, we hope he comes back at some stage.

Before anyone asks, no Matt Rogers had nothing to do with it, Matt did not even know he was heading out there.

Good game to leave on to with him dropping 2 catches yesterday and hitting 4 runs. It was either TTG or OTH B grade next week. The rest is history.

good luck to shane. a nicer bloke u will struggle to find. have a whole heap of respect for him. and what a player he has been for OTH... has a batting average of slightly over 30 for the club. brilliant bat. hopefully he does well out at TTG, achieves his goals and comes back to OTH in future years an even better player

he has left a bit of a hole in the team but he has only hit about 10 runs for the year so not a noticeable loss yet. But yes, would love to have him still

Quality batter - Will be interesting to see what grade he plays and how he performs.

Good luck!

Was backing away? Wow - That would only give any bowler more reason to bend the back more...

Yep jim bounced him first 2 balls then he was sh!ting himself.. I am not bullsh!ting in saying the 16 year old lads that came out after him put up more of a fight... And to be fair it was the slowest jim has bowled all year... carmen will make 0 in the 2 dayer against us..

Def a better bowling side then batting side.. The carmen that has got all there wickets didnt play, there is a 3rd one who bowled in good areas but i am not sure if he plays for them full time? .. they were alot better than i thought they would be and might finish 4th depending how oth go..

Yeah, rubbish for OTH but like Adam has said, not much of a contribution this year so far in relation to runs, so hopefully we can continue to get some wins without him. Made us re-shuffle our batting order around and it looked OK on the weekend, which is a good so not all doom and gloom for the Billy Goats.

Wish him all the best this year and in the future!!

Take sibb and browny out and they havnt got much, would think they would rely on there batters to win games for them.. But we made 300 against them and bowled them out twice so i cant really give them any credit ;)
