Me and my little girl at the Gawler dogs the other week, she loves it there and always get a chance to pat a few dogs. She gets upset though when she realises there not HER dogs.

This photo is a case of after she found out the 7 dog in race 3 wasnt hers.

Nanook of the North has just staggered back from her Captain Oates-like trek to the shops. Took a camera to show MP and the rest of you the snow covered beach. Btw these were taken at just after 1pm...yes it gets that dark here that's the other reason they're crap...sunset is about 3:30pm and sunrise about 8:30am...

...and whilst I was over that side of the town I couldn't pass up the chance to share our Christmas display with you all. We have some Christmassy lights on lamp posts as well but the centre piece is the tree...and yes that is decorated already...there are tiny little lights on it...

Hard to believe that the first year the council bought the lights etc they actually got Ewan McGregor..the Hollywood actor...to visit and switch them on :lol: having his brother stationed here as a Tornado pilot might have helped persuade him me thinks. My younger brother and his wife are flying out for Europe on Saturday!

Me thinks they're gonna have some fun trying to get around! :lol:

Your neck of the woods was cold enough when I was up there in July JAS, I'd hate to think what it's like now!

Yep, that was me JAS. I told my missus to take heart in the fact that is ridiculous weather over there at the moment! :lol:

I don't know how you live through that weather. Mind you a day off of work because you simply can't get there would be loveley, that's unheard of in these parts. :lol:
