Though not being able to nail down a set spot is the problem:
Back-up ruckman? But there is Parry, Redden, probably Christain Bock, Jacobs occasionally.
Defense? But he would be behind Greiger, McKenzie, Tiller (?), Kite, throw in Thompson for some of the year and Smith for most of it.
Attack? Grocke, Day, Hentschel, resting ruckman.

Christ, we're gonna have a good side next year if we can find one or two pacey players either recruiting or from the reserves.

I'm not convinced of how good the side may be on paper at least until the rookie draft is done. ;)

True, Spelly. Losing Rowntree, Allmond and/or Rayner might put a hole in things.

Eagles recruiting pacey players will not happen. Hasn't happened for years and Godden doesn't seem to be interested either.

Lets say one name Mr Fuller Sam Martyn .
According to the Crows he is supposed to be a running machine .

And are u forgetting Chris Hall he has bulked up a little but surely he has pace .

Rayner training with Essendon .
Not sure that any interest has been shown in Rowntree or Almond

Forgot about Hall, MickyJ. Hopefully a handy inclusion.
Thought Rowntree would definitely attract a bit of interest, Allmond perhaps a bit of an outsider.

There is a difference between being fit and being fast. Martyn may be able to run all day but his top speed is not up there with the fastest going around. He has similar attributes to Brett Burton and Van Berlo who were the fittest at the crows. But neither was the fastest.

I forgot about Hall and he had a bit of zip. But I saw him recently and he seemed to have bulked up. I hope he hasn't lost his pace!!

Yep Hall has baulked up a bit .I think you may find he was very good in the WAAFL last year.
Forgot to mention an under 18 player that was leading the time trials last week .Nick Joyce mind u he is very young and very fast .

Interesting caption on the picture:

They will. A fully fit Nick Lower could be worth another... oh... 7 points or so to the Legs.

Looks like North won't have to go too many miles for their latest signing.
