Should be CP .Of course depending on how many we lose in the rookie draft. And if any more players recruited this year.
Would like to see the eagles recruit a CHB and another midfielder.

The rookie draft is the worry. We can handle the kids getting taken, but if Grocke or Jarrad go that will leave a big hole; Norwood having already suffered in the regular draft.

I agree Aerie I think we may find that any interest in Grocke and Jarrad may have fallen away .Well I hope so anyway.

Chad would be about 26 I think...

Obviously made his league debut for the Dogs, played at Willaston in the Barossa league then went out to South Adelaide where he played some league footy and I think he played in the Soutrhern League with Brighton season just gone.

Good luck to the lad, is a talented footballer when not worrying about getting a tan !!!

If Chad Norsworthy is in Sturts best 21 they will struggle to make the finals.

Top bloke though.

Hang on smithy, there is just a small difference.

Norsworthy in football terms is a run of the mill bum whereas Brodie and Squizz were league regulars and left for varying reasons - nothing to do with their ability or North not appreciating their talent

Yes.
The North reference was very sarcastic though.

Think he is a good pick up for South for where we are at the moment, he needs to develop his game a little more IMO at SANFL level, yet sometimes a change of club and a fresh start can be a good way of going. Good to see South fairly active on the recruiting front at this time of the year and the players we are targeting do appear to have what it takes to raise the standard of the league list which is badly needed on last seasons performance. Will be interesting to see if we go for any marquee type players once the pre season and rookie drafts are done and dusted.

Looking for "greater opportunity". Some may say he has received more opportunity than he should've at the Eagles - mainly under Fuller. Hopefully he does well on a personal level, but can't help but feel the only "greater opportunity" he'll get is a greater opportunity to win a wooden spoon.

The guy gives 110% but is simply not up to league footy standard. A win-win situation IMO. The eagles have offloaded a dud who is filling up space in our squad but he now gets the chance to be reunited with Fuller and another guarantee he'll play league footy regardless of his form
