Seatons Michael Fenney is shopping himself around the place, Padthaway, Flinders Pk, Millicent are few i've heard about, wouldn't surprise me theres another 2-3 ontop of that, obviously not sticking around at Seaton next year.
Wanders, Degabriele, Fenney, Treloer are 4 that i know won't be at Seaton next year, no doubt theirs a few more.
That presentation speech that Marshall thought was disgraceful has proved him red faced & wrong.
Part of the ( disgraceful speech ) "you play for enjoyment & success, players should wear their hearts on their sleeves & show pride & passion for their club, its not about what you get in your hand every week, its about giving to your club in more ways than one, too many players just have their hands out & take take take".

One benefit of the APPS is that football nomads lose some of their negotiating power

The new kings will be good juniors

Aka Henley, Pt Districts, Flinders Park, Golden Grove, Modbury etc .
Honestly if it impedes the college sides which it looks like it does, the Amateur League won't embrace it or they will bend over backwards as per norm,to do their best to accomodate such sides

helps college sides out like never before is our understanding. all the kids from the college that rock up to play seniors get 0 points even if playing sanfl or afl if playing 25 college games when at school

which is the same as its been anyway, zero points..so how is the APPS helping that?

the sanfl afl negation of points is a win for college clubs through sheer weight of numbers but it also applies to district clubs with juniors playing a certain amount of qualifying games..or am i reading this incorrectly?

Must have some coin to throw around?? It's all good to try & buy a flag & then what come straight back down again?? =)) :ymapplause:

Well if dinner and drinks buys a flag gee other clubs had better get on board
We have a big connection with a lot of St. Mick's lads so why not try to get a few more out. Worry about what your club is doing to attract players to your club cause at the pointy end of the comp it is a little tougher. If you knew anything about Flinders Park you would know that we don't just throw money at players, we look for the right fit as far as on the field and off the field goes.

Any more info on Toby Thurstans?
between him and Ohara they would chew up some points but at the same time they should tear up Div 3

Apparently Flinders park have also Signed young Stuart Robson from Woodville South.
Very promising young Ruckman with very good skills.

How many Ruckman do they need?

O'Hara, Dodman, Robson and obviously they had some Ruckman last year as well

From the website:

"Flinders Park is pleased to announce the appointment of Brett O’Hara and Ross Christie as playing Assistant Coaches for Season 2011.

Brett has recently retired from the North Adelaide in the SANFL and Ross captained Barossa District Football Club in 2010 and was also selected in the BL&G Association Side.

We look forward to the experience they bring to our club and the assistance they will provide to Sean Jackson in Season 2011."
