sorry i missed all the earlier discussion on matt rogers leaving for ttg, a couple of quick points.
you shouldnt expect to walk into a A grade district side without proving yourself first, if hes good enough he will earn that spot. if he's struggling for runs in pdca question marks over his ability will exist. so play b grade and perform or your just not good enough. lucky hes not starting of in the C's after leaving ttg. i personally question the loyalty, once you start a season a player should show committment to his team mates!

LM, can I join in the cyber betting? If so I will go....

SW into Lodge into Ozolins into Stama into Morris for $25

Also Bateson into Westies (1st inn score) into Virginia for $25.

Groover, I'll chuck $50 on Ozolins for the next 100 (next round I am thinking).

Only skimmed for Ozolins name, didnt really look for the bet limit my bad. Plus, I didnt really pay much attention after Groover put himself at $14 to tonne up next  Would have thought someone like Reeves would be well up there.

Confidence is good, I am wondering where he will be batting this week. With Hargraeves returning, all depending on Reeves playing, I am thinking Groover to 6-7. A very good spot for him, especially coming in after Sibbs who is hiding down the order these days ;)

Good to read in the messenger today about the new mayor's plan to upgrade sporting clubs: “We have a booming number of sports clubs growing in the Playford area and we need to ensure that these clubs have appropriate facilities and room to grow,” he said. “Part of the vision is to ensure ... the council will work actively with the clubs and State Government to ensure goals are met and funding is allocated accordingly"
This is good news for all local clubs.
With that... a slight deflection to the next topic!
