ADCOCK 2 WICKETS

Our best effort for ages
and guess what
COSGROVE has not had a bowl :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!:

Just think if ADCOCK played in the p/cup team we could kill 2 birds with the one stone.
Takes ELLIOTT spot as a batsman
Takes COSGROVE spot as a bowler
A win win situation and every one on SAFOOTY would be rapt.

surely COSSIE should come on and try to get the tail out!!!!!!!!!

and then we will probably be chasing over 200

hey hey hey there is no need to be like that...............................

i guess it is only the truth though

201 for victory
how close was that MT79

Manou plumb under the new interpretation of law 36 - if the batsman is struck on the full in line with the stumps the umpire shall interpret the ball as continuing straight regardless of whether it will pitch or not....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

SA WIN yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
D HARRIS opening again
ADCOCK in the team, as he should be in every team
COSGROVE only bowls 1 over
CLEARY bowls well

At last we have balance
Good to see ADCOCK 41* win the game in a tense finish.
R HARRIS 9* terrific under pressure.

PS CULLEN 10 OVERS 0/23 a brilliant effort.

Mal

i go back to the Cossy dismissal, he and the redbacks were cruising and he threw his wicket away, there was no need for the shot he played, this boy needs to put more value on his wicket

SD
In all fairness it was a great innings 51[58] on a untrue pitch.
If your number 3 can do that every game you will in a great position to win.
BUT
He has made a lot of 20-30s which backs up your views on him.
Really needs a big 70-80 in a o/d game
or a 100 in a p/cup game.

He also batted very well v VI with a run a ball 30 odd as well last week.

COSGROVE + HARRIS played extremely well after star o/d batsman ELLIOTT was out for 2
