Our pre season I feel is going to extremly beneficial for us as we continue to rebuild, I hope as many blokes can come out as possible, the more the better.

We start December the 14th for two weeks before a Christmas break.
I have started my own pre-season by simply attending the Gym as often as possible. I also know of alot of other players who have also been doing their own pre-season training. The Dark Knight wrote:

We are in a similar position, trying to rebuild after a few poor years sliding down the division ladder. We are trying to get as many players out and about after a fairly decent year for Glenunga A grade in 2010, we are looking to build on that and hopefully this year both teams will taste some more success.
