I've just finished doing a cleaning job for 3 months starting at 4:00am, 7 days a week. So tomorrow I can sleep in! Hallelujah!!!

a little bit excited to have a night out, so tonight's plans

organised a limo pick up for me and Mrs NG. 1 hour cruise and to be dropped at Glenelg for dinner.

Reservations at the revolving restaurant and half a doz. long stem reds waiting at the table...

Haven't got dessert worked out yet, any ideas?

Tram back to the city and taxi home probably (Prospect isn't too far)

hopefully she enjoys herself, and bubs (aka karate kid) behaves his/herself.
I am not talking to you for 3 minutes because you punched me in the head and it hurt and that was not okay for you to do

Depends on where your return trip takes you but the Elephant Walk Melbourne Street North Adelaide or Splatz at Hyde Park (I think that's the suburb) are always a great way to end an evening

Ranndy and Atkinson's anti-bikie laws being thrown out of court. I always thought that was one of the worst examples of a personal vendetta manifested as a legitimate concern.

A useful medication, but be careful with it though:
Abrupt Drug Withdrawal: Hallucinations and seizures have occurred on abrupt withdrawal of baclofen. Therefore, except for serious adverse reactions, the dose should be reduced slowly when the drug is discontinued.
Overdosage: Signs and symptoms: Vomiting, muscular hypotonia, drowsiness, accommodation disorders, coma, respiratory depression, and seizures.

Nah got some friends who have a place there and making a day of it tomorrow with the familes and the Dad's playing golf 8)

Only 45 mins from our place and much better than slogging it thru the crowds on ordinary Adelaide public courses

Oh dear. I will have to make sure I don't forget to take it. I don't think I'm in any danger of overdosing though, I'm only taking 30mg a day. That bloke who supposedly cured his alcoholism with baclofen took about 240mg a day.

I wasn't exactly prescribed it either - it's an old script from when I had back spasms when I was playing footy, back in '09. I mentioned to the doctor yesterday that I had some baclofen at home and could I use it as a muscle relaxant when breastfeeding? She said to ring the Women's and Children's and if they said yes then I could use it, but she didn't give me directions. I looked it up online and realised it acts on the GABA receptors and so I decided to give it a go to see what it did to my anxiety. So far, so good. :)
