Sick of hearing how great SL were the other night against a 3rd string AUS side in a mickey mouse game, i hope AUS smash em in this game to bring them back to earth andshow just how much of a JOKE T20 really is!

Only matches that matter are the Ashes. Bring on November 25!

Should be opening the batting in 20/20 as well, but I guess the captain get's the luxury to put himself in front of the team.

I reckon there would be more Sri Lankan supporters there than Aussie ones.

Do you think AUS have made enough to win? Good knock by Hussey, perhaps its the knock he needed for confidence and work his way back into some strong form ahead of the ashes.

Were there any 6's hit today?!

Perhaps they will do something AS similar today and open the batting with Peter Siddle in place of Watson

AU is the best ODI team in the world I expect them to bounce back and win today

Well this games blooper was batting Shaun Marsh at 6
There would be at least a dozen better number 6 Australian batsman that should be playing in front of Shaun
Shaun is an opening batsman at this level or a spectatator
One wonderfull South Australian batsman in particular must be wondering how Shaun got a gig at 6 b4 him

Another case of poor scheduling. Most Victorians took Monday off as yesterday was a public holiday in Melbourne ( cup day ). Think most workers would of found it tough to get today off as well.

Ah fair enough, perhaps wouldve been better having a 2nd T20 game today then before the ODIs? But i guess its a matter of squeezing all the games into a tight schedule

That was a brilliant runout by Doherty, very clever. Poor running by the Lankans though it must be said.

Also I hope Foxtel end up buying the cricket rights from 9, going to the News instead of showing the cricket live really is disgraceful. Surely they can show the News during the innings break?
