Mark Wahlberg should NOT attempt comedy. I like him in Shooter...but this is just terrible. Will Ferrell is pretty ordinary as well. Not a great storyline. A few funny one liners but thats it. Was thinking about walking out of the movies, which ive never done before.

I got told it was funny as.

Everyone has a different opinion I suppose

I seen this on the weekenda nd agree with ya HH3. definately not will ferrell's best work.
like you said few one liners, thats all though

Russell Brand has done a re-make of the classic "Arthur" with him in Dudley Moore's role. I've only seen a brief promo on ET but it looks like a stinker.

Caught GI Joe: Rise OF The Cobra for the first (and only) time last night .. I didn't have any decent level of expectation, so was surprised when it turned out to be even worse that I'd thought it could possibly be, just effin woeful.

Cleverly marketed though, the opportunity to gawk at Sienna Miller in tight black leather was too much for a mere mortal male to resist, however as tidy as she is/was, she certainly didn't live up to the levels of Carrie-Ann Moss (The Matrix) or Kate Beckinsale (Underworld).

Watched Watchmen the other night.

3+ hours of self indulgent bullshit.

One of the worst movies I have ever seen. Should've just turned it off half way through, but I just kept thinking it must get better after all the positive reviews it got when it came out.

LOL see I thought Watchmen was excellent, a superhero movie with a darker edge.

It surprised me because I normally love a good superhero flick, but I just could not get into it. It just tried too hard to be deep and meaningful for mine.

Have you seen 'V for Vendetta'?
It was written by the same guy (Alan Moore) who wrote the original (graphic novel) Watchmen, except he had nothing to do with the movies in both cases.
He has an interest in writing material with political flavour.

Recently went to Perth and back.

On the way over "Summer Coda" - My God. WTF was that? Some particularly poor Aussie melodramatic art-farty AHHHHHHHHHH.

If not for being on a plane I would not have sat through it, and I left my book in my bag that I checked in.

On the way back "Killers" - Anything with Katherine Heigl in it* has me turned on. Ashton Kucher in it for the chicks. Slightly romatic-comdey-action that all in all is made to be bareable by Miss Heigl-Boon Yum-Yum....6/10.

The Runaways.
Apart from Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning getting it on, was utter rubbish.
