not too sure Americain can win the cup now with the penalty
MT MT MT MT MT!!
0.5kg penalty and now he can't win the Cup?
He needed that penalty jsut to ensure he got a run.
Drops plenty from his Geelong Cup run and will only improve for his second run on our shores.
I'm all over him.

The Cumani galloper Drunken Sailor's spring campaign may already be over, after copping a heavy check before the turn, and returning to scale with a bleeding front hoof - the same injury that kept him out of last week's Caulfield Cup.
Americain had the softest run of the race and still only just hung on, will finish nowhere in the cup
Couldn't disagree more Dutchy.
Big weight, and IMO wasn't a bad Geelong Cup field.
- Only found clear room in the final 100m.
- First run in Australia, can only improve.
- Will drop considerably in weight.
- Wasn't knocked around in the run, like you said has it VERY easy.
