It says 96 required on the scoreboard. 44 overs to go. Voges tips and runs to mid on. George has a ping at the bowlers end and misses. A hit would have had him. Christian on for Cassell now. WA 3 for 222. Lead by 65

North has a floating drive at a wide one from Christian which flies at catchable height through gully but past the fielder. Moves to 99 before pulling one for a single to bring up the ton

Outright win out of the question but alot better performance this time around by the Redbacks, held one or two catches earlier today may have pulled an outright win

Shield Cricket is free???? Wasnt free last time i went about 5 years ago i think.

ww, yes it is, the free admittance started last season, so will we see you at a game in the near future ? did notice the great mighty eagles there yesterday

must admit on Sunday just after lunch is the largest Shield Crowd I have seen at AO would have topped 1000 plus. The new Stands look brilliant and can't wait to use them for the Test.

to the game SA could consider themselves unlucky according to reports North was extremely lucky to survive a LBW shout when on zilch. The book shows he went on to make a 100 and probably has cost Callum Ferguson a spot in the Australian XI for the 1st Test.
