MAL+PUNK put on 2kg each
Ive started a water before midday breakfast diet.
For the rest of the day eat norMAL good food

Water diet is simply fruit and veges before 12-00 until MAR1st
F+V is simply water with fibre.
So water, vege juices, fruit juices, fruits and veges. for brekky

Good to have F+V early as it travels thru the digestive system
relatively uninhibited.

MT79 IS MY INSPIRATION

I will endeavour to make 104 kilomals to 99 kilomals by March 1st
