Because I'll be buggered if I - who has been waiting in the correct lane to turn left for 10 mins+, is going to let in some cheating little bastard who's come zooming up the other lane. They can gefugged :?

fisho mcspaz wrote:I don't mind letting people in, but I DO mind when two lanes merge into one, like for roadworks, and though there is a perfectly good sign 500m before the merger, cars still drive merrily up the empty lane to the end and then expect to be let in. I will never let them in and if they try I make monster faces at them. :D

I'm talking about when traffic is flowing in normal conditions. I agree with you both, if someone wants to go past a line up at road works and try and shove in as far as I'm concerned they can wait all bloody day to change lanes!

Littering in National Parks...

Have recently done 2 trips to Waterfall Gully lately...one trip to Mt Lofty and back...another to Cleland Wildlife Park and back...have noticed a bit of litter just off the walking tracks...not a lot but enough to piss you off...

That's one of the hardest things we've had to do.............you generally know when it is time though and to keep them going would be cruel.

Being constantly sick at the moment. Went to the doctor tonight for about the sixth time in a week and was diagnosed with conjunctivitis - in tandem with a corneal abrasion - and cervical adenitis (sp?).

I don't know why my immune system is so buggered up lately. Maybe I was sleepwalking and went outside and ate faeces or something. The next illness I think I'll just go along to the crematorium with an urn and tell them I'm done. But my neck - apart from being stiff and inflamed due to the adenitis - is actually beginning to feel better after months of ouches. I love my physio! :D

Fisho to me because your neck is not right the rest of you is not right. Your body is getting sick because part of you is not aligned. Yes I subscribe to these theories alot.

I was meant to get both bottom ones done in the one visit, the dentist spent about two hours trying to get the first one out before he resorted to smashing it to pieces with some chisel looking tool then picking out the shards.
For the next 6 months I had sharp bit pushing through the sides of my gums til I cut them out myself. I waited a while to get the 2nd one removed.

People who don't wait for those inside of the lifts to exit before advancing on the door to enter, or those who stand a metre in front of the door as it opens.

I have noticed a serious shortage of lift etiquette in recent times.
