i really thought it would be a year for the batters, just with the likes of oz. creedy. rogers. 8 brahma boys. and raug(spelling?)..
but looking around there is def some quality bowling line ups to..

Some real quality bowlers as well though! ... and not sure i would put creedy in the list of batsman

doesnt he open the bat?? i heard he goes alright??

yeah paul cree might possibly open the batters in the One Dayers. probly not the most technical of players but can hit a huge ball. more of a slapper than anything. last year for Gepps cross he hit 260 odd runs in the T20s that they played. he was sayin last season his runs came at a strike rate of about 180... so its go big or go home with him i think

Its only early in the season and to bring out the cliches we are taking 1 week at a time and there is plenty of water to go under the bridge.
I remember fineleg telling me OTH were going to be 1 of the teams to beat in div 2 this season, so is he trying to deflect some pressure away from OTH.

Have seen him make a few against us thats for sure. Very unorthadox, but effective.

Glen North in his sharpest days nutted him flush on the jaw in one of the gutsiest 80's I've seen. Not the best player I've seen but a great competitor and much respect.

I dont think he played B grade when we were in Div 1 catchit, 100% sure he was playing A grade and was in the running for div 1 medal from memory. Best batsman I have seen when he is on, nothing stops him scoring runs and a great humble bloke as well.

well not actually correct. i did say i think we wud have a strong side but because i have only ever played div 1 or 3, n never div 2 i wasnt sure on the quality of the competition. so i did tell you sportsfollower that i was not sure how we would go in div 2. i just told u we would give your side a run for its money when we played them ;)

Ancient history catchit. dont know about losing the unloseable final. Its a 2 way battle before play starts and when the opposition score 300 it will always be hard to beat.

Glen broke his jaw that day and he still went on to make 80 odd, like you said Wizard that takes guts.
