Will they hang on to all of these players when they venture into turf cricket? They wouldn't want to spend all their hard earned to early.

U obviously have no idea how much a turf pitch costs. We have a crop at the club. I'm sure if u did some research u would see that $40000 with a $13000 grant still leaves $27000. From there i reckon u could work out that those players are indeed playing for love. Much like Rosies and Salis wests recruits.

I wouldn't advertise that! [-X

A crop of young players is what i meant

Round 10.

And Rd 5. Coincidentally, Brahma should have a full list available to choose from that week.

Also wouldn't help the cause Davies is an out for that week.

Honda - I think if we actually had a crop at the club then we wouldnt have the quality blokes in which we do ;)

Our recruiting is no difference to Westies and R&C.

There once was a bloke named Fracka,
Scored runs since he was a young tacka,
But alas not anymore,
his shot selection's been poor,
and now they call him QUACKA!!

Actually 5 year plan and then resposible financial management until we had $13500 and then put it all on BLACK. That was a stressful night! ;)

Just returned from the S.North vs Craigmore game. Managed to get there at the right time this afternoon.. The old war-horse Rob Howe batting with, undoubtably Craigmores future star, Shaun Baker... both on 70odd and making batting look VERY easy. Absolute pleasure to be there when Dobbo made yet another ton, and young Shaun making his first ever 100. Great moment for all members of CCC and a privilege for those who were there to see it.

All I can say is good luck to S.North, you gonna need it chasing down what would have to be a target of 350+ (Papas to clarify that score)

Safe to say anyone tipping Salisbury West in grade 4 can put that in the successful tips category. Wasleys all out 76 after 31 overs. In reply Salisbury West 3/243 (give or take). F. Costanzo been out there 16 overs, 114*.
