happy wrote:Footywiz great reading but I can tell you if Garrett coached at senior level & not at imps there would be some EP boys go with him (ie Girdham,B Kenny & Harrowfield) and I know the great Leo Sayers would play with him. But our club has tried to get him but he is a true double blue man.

You blokes are kidding yourselves.... NO WAY would Harrowfield leave Imps to follow Garrett to Mypo, nor would Tyson Wait. Both boys will DEFINITELY be at Imps next season, and as far as I am aware so will the Kenny boys, Girdy, Burger and perhaps Tyler.

Tyson, as is Luke, is playing cricket at Imps this season, and although Tyson jokingly commented Thursday night about not wanting to play for Shane, neither of the boys have voiced any sign at all of not being happy at Imps.

Im led to believe Crossy will be coaching Mypo again in 2011 and as far as Garrett goes I know that Mypo did speak to him but to get him to leave Imps would take something special. Imps will not lose anyone but it will be interesting to see how White & Coulter go back playing in this league again.

Steven Braun will be quite a loss for Jervois, anyone know where he's moving to for work?

Tyson mentioned a week after grand final that he might need to move due to work.
Harrowfield will never leave Imps unless one day got offered a coaching role.
Kenny boys will play were Girdy plays.
Honner will play were Wait plays.
Tyler would be the favourite to leave, depends if new coach will want to pay for him.
Burger would be great to keep BUT will get many of other offers.
All in All, if Imperials hold onto the lads from the EP and they like the new coach, i will say it now an i am confident saying so-
Imperials will be Premiers in 2011.

Not because the new coach, because of there should be a solid pre season an injurys shouldnt make an impact like they did in 2010.

I think you'll find Imps new coach has already been busy recruiting from his old club at Onkas with key Ruckman Jake 'The Pigeon' Truswell, on-ballers Shaun Haxley, Matt Hobbs and Mark 'Tubby' Taylor all set to come on board with Imps in 2011

Will be interesting how they fit them in with their points, especially if Fitzgerald and Tyler stay at the club.

Mail just in Pat Gabb from Tailem meeting with Hallet cove and also Mr Smelts club down the road. Obviously scratchen you would already know this but thought should put it out there any way. Would be big loss as he has been one of the few consistant performers for Tailem over the last few years. Ruckman always hard to replace.

As yet not confirmed . Jervois have apparently offered to pay Braun travel money , Because his family are heavily involved at Blud land would think that he would travel back especially with the Hype surrounding Ladhams appointment. Would not be to far to travel considering alot of the recruits in the comp travel similiar distances to play. may prevent them from recruiting another player but surely money well spent.

Not new news to the ears of anyone at Tailem. Not the first time he's had chats with Cove. And everyone knew about the Mallee club and our boys with the Cove connection. His decison has big bearing on his mate playing for Tailem, as a result both will be playing for the Eagles.

Never claimed to be a big shot detective or to have won a brownlow. Just deliver the mail as it is handed to me. Not everyone reads The mallee league . so thought i should involve River Murray readers. My Mail is that Gabb still in talk with other clubs even this week so are you saying he has signed with Tailem? If you guys cant handle the mail maybe you should get it Re directed. I dont get upset buy anyones post on here actually find it Quiet amusing , so toughen up Princesses. Maybe Tailem should win a game this year and there might not be so much mail being delivered. ;)

I'm a Tailem supporter and while you Mr Mailman, and Scatchin 03 have little arguments, I'm avoiding that all together. I enjoy your contributions, I'm just going to do the same as you and chip in some information.

News on Gabb isn't new, an issue already handled by the Tailem Bend Footy Club. He isn't the only one in the same position with the same club, but both have been handled. Thanks for bringing the discussion to the RMFL thread though.

Your mail can be handled and I look forward to more in the future.
