And WHUFC, my DNB in a rained out affair hardly has me pushing for selection in this all-star lineup.

Dont worry mate was only having a laugh,

i need any chance to brag about my 8 for as i more than likely wont take another 8 wickets for the season.

Depends if you come up against the Plympton School for the Blind XI again.

The moment you have all been waiting for
My Team for the first test

WATTO
KAT
PONTING
NORTH
CLARK
HUSS
HADDIN
M JOHNSON
HAURITZ
HILF
BOLLINGER

This I think will be the selectors team as well
IF AU win early tests, they will all prob keep thier spots
IF AU loses the series expect some players to retire
North will bat 6, although I think he should bat at 4

I think you play your most experienced team against EG

MOST WICKETS : BOLLINGER
MOST RUNS : CLARK
SERIES AU 3-0
PLAYER OF THE SERIES : BOLLINGER

Only thing that I can see there Tigerland, is that Watto is a tad ordinary against spin, and the lower he bats, the more likely he faces Swann early, rather than get into a groove against the quicks...

Other than that, looks very nice (bar North of course)

With the exception of 'keeper, I reckon they'll run close to that to REB.
And unfortunately your prediction of 2-1 could very well be right then.

Here is my 1st Test Team- Aus vs Eng at Gabba

1. Watson
2. Hughes
3. Ponting
4. Clarke
5. M. Hussey
6. North
7. Paine
8. S. Smith
9. Johnson
10. Hilfinhous
11. Bollinger

This is my Squad- I dont think Katich will go well at Gabba with Humidity, the Poms know how to Swing ball well and with his foot movement i would see him getting done LBW both Innnings.
give Hughes a go the little pocket rocket.
Steve Smith give him a go at the first test, Hauritz doesnt have a good record at Gabba.

Drop The Kat because it's humid when it is the same middle order you have selected that is the problem? Oh dear!
