Interestingly, they did a VOIP service upgrade a week or so ago which mucked up my VOIP function.
It turns out I needed to upgrade the firmware on my modem for compatibility.
The VOIP is now better than it was before but I've lost a touch of Internet speed - down from 6.2 Mbps to 5.9.
Functionally, that makes little difference to me.

Haven't received advice from Adam yet but I noticed on their website you pretty well get double the gb for the same price.
